A New BILL in New York, supposedly to prohibit torture was found upon careful analysis, to allow torture of New Yorkers for their Belief and or Associations if it becomes law.

We have had to rewrite our court case as a result of
discovering that the NYS BILL supposedly to prohibit
torture was found upon careful analysis, that if it became law
it would cause our complaint to be dismissed because the
BILL makes legal all of the authorities unconstitutional
and illegal actions listed by us in our complaint,

This con job is being brought in exactly the way you thought it would or was being done. By deception, sneakiness and non disclosure to the public and under the guise of legitimate other things. Veiled.

The only reason that Americans would ever agree with torture is becuz its now obvious this new era is one of competition so great that anyone will do anything to anyone else to get what they want. And after 9-11 and the economy our people have been turned into sharks one and all with the opinion that anyone showing human decency is weak.

This is not a country that could ever have dealt with something as intrusive as a terrorist attack and the big bad bankers taking thier materialist based good times away from them so we are seeing something very American in nature as a reaction to all this: The Ugly American temper tantrum. But its nationwide now and on our own people.

This is why its so socially acceptable to torture and destroy people like me. They really believe that its the price of staying on top as a world empire.

Countries like Ireland, England, Israel, the Middle East and a number of others live with terrorism either daily or have in the past and still live under threat. If anything those cultures have alot of sensitivities along with a much more mature outlook on life compared to Americans becuz that is what happens when you face reality unafraid with a mature attitude. There is nothing mature about the United States, perhaps there was years ago but that has been marketed and trained out of this culture for decades now. Other countries can live through horrors and not lose thier soul. If America ever had such a thing it has gladly eaten it alive or traded it in order to stay afloat as THE world empire.

I dont think even people like myself grasp what a dangerous place this has become. We should know best but its just so unbelievable. Its hard to grasp as compared to long term history its happened so fast. But it is a very dangerous place not becuz of terrorism but due to the fact that its a become a culture of the most extreme desperation that people are acting out like desperate animals willing to cannibalize others. I never realized how dangerous a cornered American could be, that merely the threat of a more simple life would turn Americans into dangerous evil beasts. I was always more naturally European in my mindset and I was very naive I suppose, being an American myself of course. STILL the systems asks us to remain as such by coercing victims of being Targeted into 'forgetting' what occured and moving on. How very American is that? When the road gets rough, just take a vacation to Disneyland or retain therapy- that will make everything better.

Some of us dont think like that and we are now considered very dangerous to a system that now depends on its people to support its greed and corruption if they want a continued 'good life' compared to the rest of the world. Little did I realize that people are so conditioned here to be spoilt rotten that merely having to sell thier boat and thier motorcycle while still having a fairly sizable income with remaining assets was going to spur them into a bloodymindedness and was a rationale for total war or whatever else it takes for them to get back those glory days or keep what riches they still have.

This country has always been full of total madness but due to there being enough for everyone to go around I suppose we never noticed before or cared. Now that the materialists who are spoilt rotten, raised that way and trained to accept nothing less for themselves or their children, are cornered we see the true nature of the people of our nation.

Its frightening and disgusting and I do not believe its going to change. Too many people across the USA have been involved in gang stalking as well as seem to approve of such measures. This means that none of them can be trusted as they will take murderous and destructive action against a fellow citizen with no valid information other than from corrupt authority or perhaps, not liking the look of me.

It seems that I was correct in reasoning that the severe treatment I was receiving was legal on some level. The following link shows that to be true as it shows the progression of torture as well as the stopping of such severe measures of torture goes right along with my timeline as expressed in this blog for many years now.

It also seems that alot of the actions taken are simply to gain control of the nation as well as of people who go up against the agenda or have dirt on people or subjects that would interfere with said agenda.
To torture the likes of me during Bush and the era in which I now see such action was basically legal, was simply to silence a victim witness and a critic of the agenda and other things related to the agenda such as key people involved or thier influential friends.
To now use such heavy behavior modification methods is the results of a new administration most likely doing so under the guise of behavior modification being used to improve people's state of health as signed by Obama.

Both sets of activities actually form an effective system of torture, breaking down and then reformatting a person. Therefore there obviously IS a long term agenda if the seemingly separate and differing actions of two different administrations upon examination actually creates a comprehensive, long term system of disposing of and controlling dissidents, victim witnesses or percieved 'threats' to said agenda.

The following is enough to make me see that I was correct all along.

Let me say I Told You So while I can still remember who I really am and what really happened. Becuz it looks like before long that will no longer be possible, and thats if I dont have the sense to suicide before the enemy takes me prisoner fully. Becuz that is one of the main goals of the actions against me during Obama. To break down my programming further so that I am so tamed, so sheepish and so normalized that I could not possibly bring myself to commit suicide. On that day ,when that happens I can only hope that an accident will befall me or somewhere in me remains some sense of obligation to TRUTH and my real Self that I should end my life instead of live like a mindless idiot, in FALSE peace and harmony, solely due to manipulation by a controlling and oppressive authority.

The endgame is to ensure that people are so raped, so beaten down and so controlled that they dont know the difference anymore between reality and fantasy, between true peace and peace induced by torture, thus RELIEF from said torture being perceived as peace only-that they perceive enslavement as peace. We can only hope that any true human urge left leads us to take our own lives instead of live as slaves in an UNreality.

I know this sounds 'insane' and harsh but look at the link. Tell me what you think about not only thier interpretation of the laws but at the laws themselves. Rape as useful to government ends? And believe me they can do such a thing without ever having another human being lay a hand on you.
This has all gone too far.

As for implants those of us who are old time experimentees or intergenerational or perhaps were programmed and used for tasks such as couriers without or knowledge due to mind control programming compartmentalizing such realities from us in our daily lives- we may already be implanted in fact many people like myself complain about such a thing being the case. The way certain things are done to us could not be so if not for implants.

There is also a theory that either specific people were tagged circa mid 90's by nanotechnology delivery of implants, probably through the ear canals or perhaps it was all citizens of the US. I personally have not done research to prove that theory.
However the level of tech progress makes it very possible.

So it is indeed 'over'. The torture like during Bush might be over but that statement is misleading as I am now not being allowed to heal, move on or tell my story for therapeutic reasons. I am still being coerced to tell my story as one who is manipulated to confess information. Which in the end would serve the authority figure trying to gain life long control over the person, not serve that person's urge to heal themselves.
