Yes it appears to psycho management has either been turned off or adjusted it's sad we can only live our llives when there's a tourist thing going on.
Prepare to live a normal life of happy vibes a positive future and living in the moment.
But beware: so...many.... gangstalking....retards.
But this is the rule of thumb I've been writing about for years:
Wherever there is more psycho management or remote influence or management of the environment through chemicals and/or technology or both then...there is most likely less organized stalking by human forces.
Wherever there is more in person harassment by human forces or 'management' of the environment using this method then....there's most likely less use of technology/chemicals for managing that environment or area.
You see these changes when you move to different locations. I haven't traveled in about 10 years to check out the effects of different places but it's probably still the same some places you use more human forces in some places use the other mmethods.
But if your seasoned you've done this before and you can just enjoy it like a vacation. Just keep the creeps off your ass and avoid them.
