I'm in a hospital in north of Boston it's a hospital system in order to make my appointment and I made my appointment and I'm sitting in the calf and I'm noticing something about every job lately especially the newcomers more so younger people they treat everything like it's a playground they treat everything like romper room like it's playtime there's way too much fraternization there's way too much laughing and talking this is a hospitalistic people in here to me it should be a little more somber a little more respectful a little more quiet it's not about them they're already getting a paycheck and they're obviously well enough to work so they're not sick they should have some respect for the people that are sick or the people that are working with sick people who have to take things very seriously.
But I'm noticing this also in the homeless shelters as well I forget what it's called but it's like the staff acts like it's all about them and they're fraternizing at the desk if they like somebody they'll listen to them and do what they need to do but if they don't know you or they don't like you you're an interruption and they're fraternization and socialization and it's very it's all about us and no respect for the workplace at all and I read after doing an AI input about the shelter situation.
The beautiful thing about that is it gives it names things that only educated people would know that of course they want to deny to us cuz we're trying to figure this stuff out from the ground level and a lot of times we're whistleblowers and we live on nothing where economically challenged even if you're brilliant and economically challenged going up against the system is dangerous right so the point is is when you do an AI input it actually gives you names to explain what you're talking about so you can repeat them and not sound like you don't know what you're talking about and that's the last thing they want and now I understand something also as well I understand why society's getting more and more straight up exclusive straight up shutting the door on your face straight up not listening to you at all because they know damn well just like the internet 20-30 years ago now you have access to AI and now you can put stuff in and it makes sense of what you're saying and you can be understood and make sense with the right words the right phrases educated talk and speak so now they have to completely start cutting people off that are accident activist or dissident voices because AI is going to make sense of what you're seeing that you don't know how to describe it in a way that sounds intelligent. Just like years ago they had to start making it so the public couldn't really do anything about the stuff they were starting to see through the internet and now they have to divert their attention everything is ads etc.
But I'm seeing this shocking disrespect for the workplace with this environment of 'fun' and way too much socializing instead of working. It seems to be all part of this big disconnect where you're not thinking about other people anymore You're not thinking about this sick people around you when you work in the shelter you're not thinking about the homeless people around you it's about you and your co-workers.
And people are starting to systematically shut out the reality of what is really out there which it should be the total opposite considering we have the internet and all these cameras everywhere we should be seeing what's going on more clearly and actually tackling it directly.
As long as you do the right hashtag and have a sign on your lawn and as long as you go to the correct protests or have the right stickers on your car with you feel good activism you don't have to do anything about what's happening right in front of yyou.
