Legal Definition Of GENOCIDE Describes Actions of 'Gang Stalking' on Survivors/Targeted Individuals

"Those who deny US genocides usually only deny that there is any intent to commit genocide. The UN definition of genocide (recognised by 142 states) is:

… any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:

(a) Killing members of the group;

(b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;

(c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part;

(d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group;

(e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group."

These describe accurately the actions against survivors of mind control experimentation, ritual abuse, programming who are targeted. The genocide is brought about by what victims have coined as 'gang stalking' which, for many Targeted Individuals, includes much more than just stalking and harassment by multiple persons in a mob or concerted group effort.

Many Targeted Individuals may not understand why they are targeted but most people who know about thier own status as Survivors (persons who have survived mind control abuse or experimentation) are targeted.

Especially validating are B and C in this list.

It seems that mind control survivors are targeted as a group for genocide. It seems logical for the system to constantly have things set up so that Targets are isolated from society and from each other so that they as well as society at large cannot clearly perceive that these actions are genocide against a group. Even the term 'Targeted Individuals' used repetitively creates the perception in the mind that each of us is isolated in our situation as an INDIVIDUAL.


Many of us know that the 'TI community' is infiltrated and perhaps even created by mind control handlers as well as criminal opportunists posing as everything from gurus running groups to activists to fellow Targets. Its difficult while you are being targeted to also discern what else exists around you that is part of an effort to control and destroy you by parties unknown if its not obvious when you are inexperienced, not trained in psy warfare or as an agent. Especially if those people are in a group you are led to believe is there to assist you. Its amazing over the years what you end up realizing about the strange world you have entered into or rather, been abducted and dragged into.

The mind control techniques are sophisticated and meant to keep you down most of your life specifically when you are young and strong enough to get justice for yourself or make a difference. What remains absolutely shocking in this society is how many people are in place that seem like normal, average citizens that are in on the 'gang stalking' campaigns or know who you (the Target) are.

The one thing that a TI can never seem to accomplish is understanding or entering the mind of the people involved to comprehend just what exactly would allow people to be privy to such actions- knowingly in a civilized, modern society. No matter what excuses are given or what cover story it cannot be convincing enough to justify genocide of innocent people.
