This same sort of comment was posted before I was sectioned involuntary (the excuse used by the authorities was the email sent under my name to HUPD). Comments were posted telling me to 'run' and other similar things.

More intimidation.
And very bad advice. The more these corrupt cases get documented the better off I will be. And the more the justice system is manipulated and misused in order to abuse me the more compelling the documentation will be.

"Leyman studied the nonviolent, polite, sophisticated kind of mobbing that happens in ostensibly rational workplaces. Universities are an archetype. If professors despise a colleague to the point of feeling desperate need to put the colleague down, pummeling the target is a foolish move. The mobbers lose and the target gains credibility.

The more clever and effective strategy is to wear the target down emotionally by shunning, gossip, ridicule, bureaucratic hassles, and withholding of deserved rewards. The German word Todschweigen, death by silence, describes this initial, informal stage of workplace mobbing.

This is often enough to achieve the goal. Many targets crumble, flee to a job elsewhere, or take early retirement. Others surrender to the collective will, behaving thereafter like a dog that has been bested by another dog in a fight for dominance.

If the target refuses to leave or acquiesce, the mobbing may escalate to a formal outburst of aggression. Mobbers seize upon a critical incident, some real or imagined misbehavior that they claim is proof of the target’s unworthiness to continue in the normal give and take of academic life. A degradation ritual is arranged, often in a dean’s office, sometimes in a campus tribunal. The object is to destroy the good name that is any professor’s main resource, to expose the target as not worth listening to. Public censure by the university administration leaves the target stigmatized for life. Formal dismissal with attendant publicity is social elimination in its most conclusive form."

Why Isn't The Justice System Protecting Me From This Stalker Sending Threats Under My Name? Is There Hope For The System?

It's been very frightening to see this system focusing on the contents of my blog and not protecting me from this psycho whoever they are it's sending threatening Communications to authorities under my name.

When they're given a chance I hope they redeem themselves and do the right thing by protecting me and the community from this menace whoever they are.

Whoever is doing this needs to be found out because not only are they ruining innocent people's lives like myself and they could do it and have probably done it to someone else they're also potentially capable of real violence in the community.

I hope this crime can be solved so that we can all get on with our lives.

Without this woman's work on unethical human radiation experimentation and the PACHRE class action suit (though she was forced out) none of my work would be possible.

She deserved a better life than she was allowed to have.

There will be justice for everyone someday-not with the violence of weapons but with the force of words. Much more dangerous to the oppressors.

Recently my troubles have been the results of a typical reaction to trying to stop dangerous ideas not a dangerous person.  It's the cost of being an activist right now.

Ceased Panhandling and Any Such Interaction With The Public Due To Court Cases

It seems that whoever is doing this likes to send anonymous emails to the authorities that effect my court cases adversely. One such email appeared on the NH case, claiming I was pan handling and had met the person sending the email and had talked about lone shootings, end of the world, that I was going to be famous etc. This was actually used to keep me in jail for four months because at bail hearings rules of evidence don't apply in NH. The prosecution seriously presented an email that could have been from anyone, anywhere as part of the reason I should stay in jail pre trial.
This of course was never investigated nor was I questioned (because I could have shown why this Interaction ever occurring would have been very unlikely in Manchester NH.

The video I made of Harvard recently is the only instance of Panhandling in Cambridge since I've returned and only once in one other city.
I've been avoiding this activity partly because of the harassment I just wrote about above. So don't try that same trick again for this court case. I am going to warn everyone involved about this sort of baring false witness that's been going on throughout this situation.

This kind of activism is very difficult and no one starts off wanting to get involved in these issues. Even Ted Gunderson had described becoming active in awareness on these issues as only doing so after being thrown into it or it being a matter of little choice.

If I do I may have to keep video documentation each time to ensure safety.

I don't trust the system at this point. It's been very disturbing that it seems like they can just do whatever they want and people lie or twist things around on the stand (instead of someone correctly recalling a conversation where we both discussed having visited San Diego the person will misrepresent the info exchange and claim I said I was from San Diego and anything else that makes me look 'homeless' or a wanderwr-a flight risk or someone who can be portrayed as not having any community or roots etc. Things like this have gone on way to often in court proceedings.)

I cannot imagine this trick working again as at this point it will look foolish but this entire thing has been ludicrous to begin with and I've been shocked its gone this far or it was allowed to happen at all.

Let's just say there's been a lot of surprises and being caught off guard. It seems something new I would never have thought of always comes up. It's certainly been a wonderful Time Waster and Diversion from my starting the outline for my book or getting medical treatments. Time Wasting, Money Drain, Diversion, Crazy Making, Order Out Of (Falsely Created) Chaos..etc.

Now one must be careful with the concept of 'the government'. The US government is a complex entity with many depts and branches. Much is now outsourced to the private sector (like intelligence work etc).
When people complain about 'the' government think about how such an entity is different from the private sector. Slot f the anger and hatred by our own people is due to ignorance and fear concerning our own political system. If people understood their rights more and possible recourse and due process etc and were more acquainted with our own government they probably wouldn't be so angry and cynical.

It might be more of the elements in society that may work covertly through the private sector and possibly government that could accomplish such a conspiracy.

And as always analyze such theories and who is putting them forward. Such messengers may be genuine...but Hollywood is notorious for being connected to the intelligence community as well as full of talented people with nasty habits who are frequently in trouble-and possibly easily blackmailed.

Always consider the source and the content. Always remember that people work hard to keep our country functional and safe. There's always light with the dark.

Domestic terrorism is a pain in the ass for citizens as well as in very bad taste. Getting kids killed to make your point is rather disgusting. And framing people up or disposing of expendables or undesirables as patsies while convenient does happen to be wrong.
