One last thing for the night. If u read that site I.just posted u.will see one.of the objectives of MK Ultra and related was to see if programmed subjects could be controlled in public spaces day to day by "untrained agents" out in the field. Well now I know at least exactly what and who the 'gang stalkers' are. It even states that they can use signals and tactical gestures to accomplish this.
This would explain why the perps seem so stupid and careless with us compared to people we.do encounter who are more trained and qualified to handle us.
