Its interesting just how much we don't know about our candidates or politicians. That Condoleezza Rice had ties to the oil industry. I am embarrassed as of today being told that Al Gore attended MIT and he did in fact help create the internet.
Poor and uneducated people in the USA make the ountry very susceptible to manipulation and add to that the kind of influen e that was used by Bush to gain that both elections, one against Gore actually and you have one of the main reasons for the country being the way it is right now.
Its no wonder free or low cost education is a threat here. The powers that be couldn't get away with what they do now.
