Well, this morning if what happended was baiting I fell for it...an MBTA employee got me pissed off. I was right and complained but I am sure that at the customer service center they enjoyed the show immensley. Even though the woman on the other end agreed with me I jsut pictured them laughing at me after I hung up the phone.
I bet they had me on speaker phone the whole time..Verizon land line used to do this to me in 2004 during the height of it. I would call to complain that my messages werent coming through and there would be all this laughing in the backround.
Still....I just wonder if this is truly the case and if so, how much do they get for selling the security cam and recorded voice for these TI gems?
Bus and train employees have consistently been the biggest pains in the asses...
perhaps today was an innocent mistake. I doubt it however, considering I was singled out for something baseless again. At least I was validated...probably as part of handling me.
