Thus the 'candid' expression, poetic license and marketing myself as product or character. This is NOT a journal or diary.
Being a reasonable person of sound mind if I had concerns for my safety or others I would take responsible action for self care as my established medical history can demonstrate.

In deciding the statute of limitation issue the court had to consider whether the Plaintiff's should or did know of the facts when it is obvious the plaintiffs were diagnosed as suffering from various types of mental dysfunctions even before their "treatment" and allegedly were in varying degrees of mental impairment thereafter.The court acknowledged: " Curiously, often a classic manifestation of people who are afflicted with certain psychotic disorders is the irrational fear that the CIA and FBI is conspiring to harm them. In this case, the CIA involvement is real and the covert nature of the involvement is not contested". Orlikow v United States, 682 F Supp. 77, 94 (D.C. 1988)."

    I'm going to have to leave at some point and go travelling if I can. I have to see what's up in these various states. I mean MO? Really? Is it brutal there for all TI's? And why would I be given the suggestion to go there? (I did have the suggestion at one point to go to Washington state and the west coast of Canada. Something about the west coast of CA, heading north. In that area. These were another set of dreams suggesting where I should travel.) Or rather I was having the strong interest/urge in visiting those places.
