The article says " targeted individual" and "people targeted by.." a company.
What is so rediculous about our situation is that even if no one admits to what seems like remote influence and claims to only be targeted by stalking and survaillence the person is still not beleived yet this article shows that there is such a thing as being targeted or bullied by someone who wants very badly to win or get rid of you..for whatever thier motive.
I guess it pays to know exactly who is targeting you however...this seems to be the main difference.
Its used against us that our targeting is done without any notification.
Soooo lets get this straight..human beings would never do anything in a sneaky manner under the radar?
