As usual keep in mind that anyone could be a plant or for the purpose of diversion.

It may also be the case that this war and war crimes may be solved or revealed and the human experimentation may never ever be dealt with. The RA may never be dealt with. This is mostly just to comfort Targets that things that are related to our situations are being exposed and looked at.

I have my doubts about if the more off the wall claims are going to be looked at or solved but it may be that when it comes out, the connection to non lethal weapons or tech use in psy ops used domestically may in turn help with claims of abuses that are more...unbelievable now as it stands.

    There will be some heads rolling, but the victims' claims will be shoved under the table and completely ignored. They will find a way for the target to wind up dead beforehand, to make it look like his own doing, or a usual homicide.

    Since we are always under surveillance and containment, they will be able to draw up "plays" to maneuver us into a death situation. That's why TI's have to be contained at all times, and watched constantly. They must have a little playbook for us that details what they want to do next with us.

    Or this could be a fake running play, misdirection, to make everyone think this thing has been stopped and exposed, while business as usual proceeds with the RA. Remember they have denial on their side at all times, so there's a good chance they'll deny everything again, and start anew with a fresh program with different perps at the head.
