Its really not all that complicated.  One is to enslave and one is to assist but man still has to decide through free Will what the outcome will be.

    This vid outlines a lot of the tactics gangstalkers use. I'll have to say I've gotten all of this. 100%.

    Interesting mention about the "floating box" method that gangstalkers use, which is used and was pioneered by the FBI. According to this site, the Floating Box is a form of surveillance, not just control.

    Vehicles with one headlight on are another tactic used. Makes me wonder if they don't have a switch installed that disables one headlight to make it appear one is burned out.

    And they never seem to get in trouble for this, like I never see cops pulling over cars with one headlight when I am witnessing it. Proves the cops maybe be overseeing the gangstalking or passively getting involved by letting them do it.
