being gang stalked in Midway area outside San Diego city limits, near Midway Post office and shopping plaza

This area is outrageous in its tactics as it begins the second you step out of a vehicle or the bus and it happens with very overt tactics like beeping to get the TI's attention and then waving, smiling while getting very close to you and even mobbing of space in stores by employees. Its like the whole area is thick with the cult, and its not so much the sheer numbers of perps but the ones that do infrequently engage a target do so with exacting, obvious overt tactics that do NOT belong in the "Maybe" file. So why is this area so strong in its gang stalking? It would be interesting to find out. This is quite near Old Town. Maybe I should start looking into the Presidio case closely. And to think that the dumb f*cks brought it on themselves by messing with me so overtly.
