It's more than censoring content on the internet its also potentially silencing people altogether. An activist whos even just framed up and accused of a threat who doesn't take any action at all may stop doing important work which unfortunately I'm more than familiar with.

Intrigue is never considered in these cases even though simply reading history clearly shows that humans cannot be trusted with absolute power which these scenerios provide authorities.

It's far to easy to write off motive as 'mental illness'.  Most shooters die before being able to be questioned. When has a thorough report of an interview or questioning ever been reported?

We've seen certain factions in politics questioning the sanity and mental state of our own US president simply because they did not like his manner or views or speech (which I'm also unfortunately far too familiar with).
Honestly,  I'd like to see the last two presidents' sanity tested-maybe every one after Jimmy Carter would be appropriate actually.

So it's somehow deemed sane to be so cult mind controlled by a religious group or religion taken to that extreme that you commit suicide and homicide as happens in foriegn terrorist attacks compared to someone usually a Caucasian male, allegedly acting alone?
Just like we don't want the real answers about what genuinely motivates such people to commit acts of such desperation in religious groups from certain geographical areas we also don't genuinely want the truth concerning the motives involved in persons acting out supposedly alone.

There are questions that go unanswered, signs and clues that aren't looked at or investigated properly because this society needs easy answers.

People don't have the guts to question corrupt authority or the potential of the greed of the private sector, political agendas or even the structure of our own society.

Unless potential for abuse of power is thoroughly investigated it's pointless to ponder as to a person's motive and dying for Allah should be considered just as crazy as any other motive to kill.
That's the thing we refuse to consider: people don't usually act out on just a belief-they need to be pushed to kill. That's exactly what military boot camp is for. Most people over a certain age who have a normal mindset from being raised in civilized society cannot commit such acts. One needs to be broken down and built up again using cult 'brain washing' or behavior modification tactics. The enemy must be dehumanized before people can take action against them.

What the result is here pertaining to lone shooters is that without sighting any solid motives the authorities are framing up anyone who has potentially the same beliefs or activities or similarities as 'lone wolf' shooters in a desperate attempt to make a profile for such a person as to appear to try to predict who may become violent in such a way in the future.

It appears to be the only way to gain control over such an event in the future but all this method is doing is building up an inaccurate profile that's being used to make people afraid to speak out or have their Constitutional rights denied.

Anyone can now be accused of being a potential threat of this kind and all it takes is parties unknown making threats under an individual's name then either compliance by authorities in a plot of evil design or 'frame up' or they not investigating such identity theft thoroughly enough due to mounting public pressure and fear of such acts of actual violence occuring. There have been such cases where US citizens are treated like prisoners at a dentention camp for foriegn terrorists and denied a fair trial under Constitutional law. These are US citizens who have had threats of violence sent to authorities under their using their names who haven't even committed acts of violence.
The abuses of power are already occuring and it just so happens such victims of this abuse of power are activists and dissidents who are ironically asking the right questions.

It's going to lead to gross widespread abuses of power if proper investigation isn't utilized and reactionary attitudes due to fear prevail.

It's also leading to a total surveillance state which is being utilized for social engineering and special interest agendas domestically.

Ive noticed that whatever the military learns in war it trickles into domestic policy in our increasingly militarized society.

What a time it is for gentrification and social engineering to benefit the private sector and the 1%!
In recent years it's been becoming very hard to be genuinely alternative. Such people are being obviously profiled for not confirming to social norms. Also it's increasingly difficult to occupy areas that are public spaces. I've noticed that anyone who appears houseless with a backpack is getting treated like a profiled criminal or lone nut threat when simply
walking through any number of cities and towns. Even if legit business affairs are being conducted in that area ie there's a good reason to be in the area.

So again people are being psychologically terrroized possibly as a form of intimidation to serve special interests potentially under the guise of safety and security due to these recent outbreaks of violence.

Anyone alternative or disliked by the public for their public opinion has encountered the nightmare of abuse of community watch programs. It's bad enough dealing with abuse of power from people who are trained in knowing what they are doing, but when activists and sub culturists are undermined by a scared, ignorant public who fear only for their status quo to remain unchanged or some local corruption to remain unexposed then the entire situation becomes a total mess and undermines our Constitution totally. If we want to built an overt police state like East Germany with the Stasi or a communist nightmare then we are already there.

Being from New England and growing up among the statues of revolutionaries for liberty co existing among the remnants of the greed driven witch burnings and the never spoken of genocide of Native Americans I'm too aware of hypocrisy and humans being desperate and greedy enough to live a lie to get and keep what they want. Kind of like the northeast's facade of showcasing wonderful hospitals and ivy league institutions of higher learning whereas for decades huge amounts of wealth were generated by organized crime (and before that corrupt illegally polluting factories and prior to that-rum and Bibles for slaves with the slave trade in Maine covertly continuing until the 1800s).
 As someone from the southwest once told me "where you come from, corruption is part of the system", which I found permanently enlightening.

I'm far too familiar with people being full of shit while putting on a really good front to fool outsiders as insiders are either too afraid to act or speak out or are so compartmentalized and brainwashed they genuinely believe it's a good quality of life.

Humans are greedy animals that will lie to get what they want. That always has to be considered-in the big picture and in daily life.
Thus there's ALWAYS a motive for a selfish act. Its when finding out that motive is avoided that suspicion should arise in those supposedly asking the questions.
